Job Details

Name of Positions, Basic Pay Scale, Qualification and Experience, and all other requirements for different positions are given below.

1.     Position:

Assistant Director Communication (BS-17)

Education and experience:

16 years education, Graduation, or Master's degree in mass communication or journalism from Higher Education Commission recognized university.

Minimum 3 years experience or service after degree from a reputed private or govt. an organization.

Good communication skills both (verbal and written).

Good creative and strategical thinking capability.

Must be able to work under stress.

Good demonstration skills on social media.

Well experienced in content marketing and application.

Must be able to source manage and develop content.

In-depth knowledge of all social media plate forms and have an active participation on Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, link din, etc., and how to deploy these platforms in different scenarios.

Must be able to maintain written and language skills.

Must be able to present and effectively communicate ideas and information’s in written and video format.

Must have a good working knowledge of search engine optimization, including keywords and google analytics.

Age: 35 years with age relaxation as per rule

5 years for males and 8 years for females.     

2.     Position:

Assistant Director Planning (BS-17)

Education and experience:

Graduation or Master Degree in Business Administration, planning,   Project management or Management Science from higher education Commission recognized university.

At least 5-years’ experience or service after a degree in a reputed private or govt. an organization with a managerial role.

Good knowledge of Government Policies framework and family planning sector issues.

Good knowledge of ICT-based work environment.

Age: 35 years with age relaxation as per rule 5 years for males and 8 years for females.     

3.     Position:

Assistant Director Admin and Finance (BS-17)

Education and experience:

Graduation degree minimum 16 years’ education, in Business Administration, planning,  Finance, and Human resources, from Higher Education Commission, recognized university.

Must have good knowledge of computer, MS word, powerpoint, excel, and good typing speed.

Minimum 5-years’ experience or service after qualification in a well-known private or government organization related office management, financial matter in the public sector.

Age: up to 35 years with age relaxation as per rule 5 years for males and 8 years for females.     

4.     Position:

System Network Analyst (BS-17)

Education and experience:

Graduation degree minimum 16 years’ education, in computer science, from Higher Education Commission, recognized university.

Minimum 5-years’ of working experience or service after qualification in a well-known private or government organization related office management, financial matter in the public sector.

Must have good knowledge of technical and network system standards and protocols.

Good knowledge of network management analytical tools.

Hardware-software and network connection knowledge.

Good knowledge of software-hardware, networks, and security measures.

Good knowledge and experience of data privacy practices and laws.

Age: 30 years with age relaxation as per rule.

5.     Position:

Computer Operator (BS-16)

Education and experience:

BA, B.Com, BSC, in Computer science, from Higher Education Commission, recognized university.

Diploma or certificates of computer, MS office.

Must have good knowledge of computer, MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and good typing speed.

Age: 30 years with 5 years age relaxation as per Govt. rule.

6.     Position:

Driver (BS-01)

Education and experience:

Middle education with LTV driving license

Minimum 5 years of driving experience is a must

Age: 30 years with 5 years age relaxation as per Govt. rule.

7.     Position:

Naib Qasid (BS-01)

Education and experience:

Must be literate.

Age: 18-25 years with 5 years age relaxation as per Govt. rule.

Terms and conditions:

The selection of candidates will be held on a merit basis.

Other than the above-mentioned age limit no more relaxation will be given. 

After complete inquiry selected applicants will be called for the test and interview.

Both genders are eligible to apply.

Application with wrong or incomplete details should not be considered.

No traveling and daily allowance TA/DA shall be given to applicants.

No objection certificate (NOC) is essential from the department to apply for applicants who are already serving in Govt. department, should have to follow the right channel for application.

Age criteria will be the same as per government rules also prescribed above.

Online applications through NTS must be filled before 04 February.

Degrees and educational certificates must be issued by Higher Education Commission (HEC).

Equivalency certificates also must be verified by HEC.

All the terms and conditions shall be mentioned in the offer letter.

The candidate would not be able to claim for regularization on this contract basis.

Applicants must fulfill the online application form and also submit the prescribed fee to NTS.

CNIC copy and 2 recent passport size photographs should have to send via courier to NTS at the given address.    

Fee Challan can also be submitted online through Banks, online banking, easy paisa, jazz cash.

A separate fee challan should have to submit for each post.

Test dates will be communicated through NTS by message to shortlisted candidates.

Roll number slip will be uploaded on the NTS website before one week and shall also be informed to applicants.

Age calculation will be done from the last date of application

All applicants must have to provide original educational certificates with attested copies of all documents on the day of the interview.
