Assistant Director (OG-2)
Education Criteria:
16 years of education having a minimum of 60 % marks BS, MS, MPhil, or a comparable
degree from HEC renowned Pakistani organizations in the following disciplines
16 years of education in Public Administration
16 years of education in Economics
16 years of education in Commerce
16 years of education in Business Administration
16 years of education in Finance
16 years of education in Statistics
16 years of education in Data Science
16 years of education in Actuarial Sciences
16 years of education in Accounting
16 years of education in Computer Sciences
16 years of education in Information Systems and Technology
16 years of education in Mathematics
16 years of education in Human Resource Management
16 years of education in Agriculture Management but not BSC or MSC
in agriculture,
16 years of education in Islamic Banking & Finance or law
16 years of education in Media & Culture Studies
16 years of education in Philosophy and Physics
If any candidate has a degree from a foreign institution, HEC authorized
equivalence certificate will be compulsory.
Selection Process:
The competitors shortlisted based on test and meeting other
qualifications will be welcomed for an interview with all Original documents with
attested copies and proof of NTS Fee slip, along with Domicile, CNIC, 3 Passport
size pictures, etc.
Training Procedure:
Candidate fulfills all procedures such as all physical, medical, and
complete educational documentation submission shall have to complete a theoretical
training by National Institute of Banking and Finance (NIBAF) with the provided
residence. After completion of successful trading by department, the candidate shall
be provided by Appointment latter of Assistant Director OG2 by the department.
Salary Package:
During the training period trainees shall be paid with a monthly
stipend of 41K, and after completing the successful training period and on getting the appointment
letter of Assistant Director OG2 monthly
salary package will be 82K, with other benefits in the salary scale of OG-2 as
per Bank rules.
Terms and conditions:
The selection of candidates will be held 100% on a merit basis.
No more relaxation will be given other than the above-mentioned age
limit.
After the complete query selected candidates will be called for the
test and further interview.
State Bank of Pakistan provides an equal chance for all genders everyone

No traveling and daily allowance TA/DA shall be given to the
candidates who are applying for this position.
No objection certificate (NOC) is essential from the department to
apply for applicants who are already serving in Govt. department, should have

Degrees and educational certificates must be allotted by Higher
Education Commission (HEC).
Equivalency certificates also must be certified by HEC.

Applicants must fulfill the online application form and also submit the prescribed fee to NTS.
CNIC copy and 2 recent passport size photographs should have to send
via courier to NTS at the given address.
Candidates can also submit fee challan online through Banks,
online banking, easy paisa, jazz cash.
Test dates will be communicated through NTS by message to
shortlisted candidates.
Roll number slip will be uploaded on the NTS website before one week and
shall also be informed to applicants.
Age calculation will be done on the basis of CNIC.
All applicants must have to provide original educational
certificates with attested copies of all documents on the day of the interview.
