Positionn: Area Sales Manager — General Trade

Location: Karachi

Qualifications:

Must have Bachelors or equivalent degree from HEC recognized University

Experience Required:

Minimum 6-8 years of relevant experience in FMCG industry

Age: Maximum age of 35 years

Knowledge and skills

Candidate Must be a Go-Getter.

Must have hands-on experience in covering general trade segment for tea sales in markets of Karachi

Must have knowledge of trade universe and channels

Must have Strong analytical and risk assessment skills

Strong decision-making skills

Organizational and time-management skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Key Responsibilities and Duties

To assist in achieving departmental objectives through;

Achieving volume and collection targets

Managing distributions and leading Field Force

Ensuring strong market presence of brand

Monitor team performance and report on metrics

 Motivate team members

Discover training needs and provide coaching

 Listen to team members

Feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts

Recognize high performance and reward accomplishments
