Qualification:
B.sc, Msc chemistry, Engineering, Food Science
Experience:
Must have years’ experience in relevant field.
Main Responsibilities
To oversee line start-up and shutdown procedures to ensure that the product is within specification.
To ensure quality control checks at specified intervals and properly recorded during production hours
Visit to ensure production operation & plant for proper housekeeping & implement corrective actions.
Keep plant clean and “plant hygiene” to be improved at its maximum at all times. Follow up necessary action for proper housekeeping.
To check accuracy and condition of testing equipment’s on a regular basis and to guide lab staff accordingly.
Implement Company’s policies as and when issued
Ensure all plant personnel’s wear neat & clean uniform and maintain personnel hygiene.
Request / Implement corrective actions & GMP for proper operation of the plant Promote prevention of problems.
Ensure date code policy implemented. Retention samples are well kept and records available
Enforce trade age program of the filled product and “FIFO” rule to be monitored and implement.
Keeping liaison for market & warehouse samples evaluation and report for operation improvement
