the creation of strategies and the evolution of departmental goals in keeping
with the vision and purpose of the company, such as OSA for contemporary
commerce.
Include
operational processes in the development of departmental policies and procedures.
Perform
monthly and daily customer service tasks in accordance with the Supply Chain
department's established methodology.
Ensure
that the requirements of the purchase order are in accordance with SOPs and
processes.
Ensure
that sales and distributors' inquiries are promptly resolved.
Attempt
to create a Customer Case Fill on Time report is used to assess orders that
consumers have recorded.
Perform
a Loss Tree Analysis (LTA) to identify the main obstacles preventing the
provision of service to the clients.
Identify
the Order to Deliver Cycle mechanism and the departmental initiatives for
customer service.
